Sunday Monochrome + YouTube Video

Hello there and welcome to another post!

Last weekend I put together an outfit around these earrings! I forgot I had them and so I decided to wear them out. I've been a bit wary of wearing dramatic earrings since I got my short hair as they stand out a lot more but I was happy wearing these! They are from Claire's accessories years and years ago.

I went black and white with my outfit since the earrings were silver and black! Also I am just really into monochrome.

This is the beautiful pattern on my skirt! It's subtle but just adds extra dimension to the skirt and to any outfit. This came from Penneys (Primark) and has been with me for a few years at this point.

This is a close up of the pattern on my scarf, also from Penneys! I think the skirt and scarf play off one another quite nicely and the overall vibe suits the earrings really well.

I wore my Beetlejuice bag along with my zipped wedges, both of which are from New Look.

I kept it simple with a black vest top and lace bolero over the top along with my usual lace gloves and some silver and black jewellery.

My makeup was a black and greyish smoky eye! Sooo predictable.

I filmed an outfit video! This was lots of fun to make and I hope you enjoy it!

What items have you discovered a newfound love for recently? Are you constantly updating your wardrobe and accessory collection or do you stick to  familiar items and themes?

Thanks for reading,
Rebecca.

What a fantastic video! It was so neat and stylish, not only with your fashion and accessories, but in your presentation! :)

@Chris thank you! I am pretty happy with how it came out :) Considering that it was spur of the moment more or less!

@Lesthis Gothworld Awwh thank you, I felt a bit awkward parading around in front of he camera in this huge empty space but it came out well. I made it into my catwalk instead ;) I'm glad you like my blog, I was very happy to find yours. I really enjoyed your Halloween post!

I love all the pieces of clothing! I wish it was cooler here so I could layer things but the heat has already hit summer levels!

Here in Canada, we've had a beautiful long autumn, which is out of the ordinary since it tends to snow very early in October. Maybe because of that I don't see too many Halloween decorated lawns and houses. I usually turn to the internet to see how people are decorating and celebrating this time of year. I also like watching youtube videos. Great outfit and lovely blog!
